Broadway Nails- Nail Dress stick-on wraps :)

Hello there,

Hope you all are doing well :)

A couple months ago I went to Rite Aid and found this nail design stick on from "Broadway Nails" I'd heard about the Sally Hansen ones but, when I saw this one I thought I'd gave it a try and plus they were cheaper than the other ones. Well, let me tell you I'm really impressed with the results. It was really easy to apply and just looks beautiful on my hands.. I only did them on two of my nails(each hand) and on the rest I used "Ms. Socialite by Color Club" so, here I leave you with some pictures.

Have a great weekend! May God bless you always! Happy Easter! HE LIVES! :)

Magnetic Force - L.A Colors

A few days ago, my husband went to the Dollar Tree. When he came back, he surprised me with this nail polish. I'd bought eyeshadows and nail art polishes from this brand but, never their nail polishes.. Wow! was I impressed. This color is beautiful! The application was easy and clean. It didn't take a lot of time to dry (like some of the cheap polishes do). It took only two coats to come up to the perfect color. Yesterday, when we went back to the Dollar Tree I had to get a couple more haha :) they are simply amazing plus you can't beat the price, $1. Simply a good buy.! Besos! :)

However, I did find some goodies, I thought they were cute and I had to get them. Here are some pictures of the things I got. Enjoy your week! Blessings :)

My NOTD :)

Not the best pictures :( but, I thought I shared them anyway....
I had a very relaxing day.. :-) I'd plans to go out today but, decided to stay in instead, it was too cold outside burrrr! :/ so to enjoy my day better, I had to do my nails of course hahaha :)
As I looked through my stash of untried nail polishes(yeah, I have a few that I have not try yet... "a few"??well, I should say a bunch LOL :) I found this beautiful dark blue polish that I'd bought I couple of months ago at ROSS. awwwhh! what can I say about it.. It took me double the time I usually take when using other kind of nail polishes. Not sure why. The brush didn't help at all. The polish was super pigmented, this was the messiest nail polish application I've ever done!... pheewww! I thought I wasn't going to make it but, I did! lol:) The color turned out to be a beautiful dark, dark blue(I applied two coats)... so dark that it looked like black at times.. then, of course I had to add some life to them lol :) I added flowers/leaves and some glitter. It turned out nicer than I thought; I love them :). Unfortunately, the camera that I now owned, didn't do the colors its justice. Ohhhhh how much I miss my beautiful pink camera, that my son lost :(  Anywho, hope you all are having a great weekend ! stay warm! Blessings :)

A delicious meal!

I enjoy cooking. However, don't really enjoy what comes afterwards..washing dishes :-/ but, "gotta do what I gotta do" Today, I had a very relaxing day. Unsual for a typical Saturday. My family and I usually go out on the weekends.. but, today we decided to stay home. I've been trying to eat healthier this past two weeks. I had too much fun eating during Christmas time, actually since Thanksgiving hahaha, and I want to get back to my healthy routine( not the best part but, I know that at the end it's good for me, and that's what makes it all better)
I try to eat healthy during week days and give myself treats on the weekends. Today, was no exception...I'm Peruvian :) and grew up enjoying and eating the most delicious food there is (to my taste) :)

I wanted to shared what I had for lunch today; it's called "Arroz con pollo(Peruvian style) & Papa a la Huancaina (one of my fave's) . I hadn't had this delicious plate in a long time and I'm glad I decided to make it today. I wanted to take pictures while preparing it but, my camera runned out battery.. So, I just took a picture of my plate. I'm also including receipes for both in case you want to try to make it. :) Hope you are having a great weekend!  God bless!

PS. after I devoured this delicious plate got my hour workout done! (don't feel that guilty now.. lol)

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Fry in oil until golden and remove from fire. Leave to cool.

In the same oil, saute the chopped garlic, onion, the rest of the condiments, aji amarillo and cilantro. Add the chicken and stir for 2 - 3 minutes. Add beer and simmer for about 10 minutes until chicken is cooked. Add the rice and mixed peas. Mix well for a couple of minutes. Add water (salt if needed) add the sliced bell pepper and simmer for another 20 minutes or until rice is cooked and slightly burnt at the bottom

Papa a la huancaina

Music - Blue me away :)

Hi there :)
Ever since I can remember, I've always enjoyed not only listening to music but, singing to it. I thank God for the gift he gave me. I have the privilege to sing at church and I enjoy it to the fullest :) though, sometimes I get embarrassed when people give me compliments on my singing.  I always tell them that I just LOVE music and try to do my best, that's all. Music makes me happy :) It relaxes me, it touches deep inside my soul. Music is one of the ways I get to experience God, sometimes in an imaginable and inexplicable way ! (wow! those are some deep words lol :)) As I listened to some music earlier today, it reminded me of some Konad plates my husband had given me, as part of my Christmas present. (Love u papi, thank you for always thinking of me! ) One of the plates had a musical notes design (Konad # M73) So, guess what I thought about ? yes! doing my nails using that design.. I didn't want to use black as my base color; I wanted something bright and joyful and as I turned around to grab my nail polishes, the first one that brought my attention was this beautiful blue from Sally Hansen called "Blue me Away" and it really does every time I apply it on my nails. It is truly a beautiful color!
Here, I leave you with some pictures of my nails; hope you like them. But, before that, I want to ask you something... What makes you happy? What is that thing, that even if you are having the worst day would make it ALL better?
Hugs! have a great weekend and God bless you! :) Zully :)

Hola :)
:) Me relaja.
Zully :)
